When establishing our company in 2008, we wanted to make sure our name typified the many things we aspire to as professional investigators. Centricity was an easy choice. It is a true reflection of who we are and what we do, a truly customer centric organisation.

Phil Peart, Managing Director
Phil launched Centricity Ci in November 2008 filling a much needed gap in specialised international investigations. With several years background in investigations within a Government authority in Australia, Phil began working as an insurance investigator in 1978 and has personally handled countless investigations in many foreign countries, a service he continues to provide today.
In 2011 alone he has travelled to Tunisia, Switzerland, Bosnia and Croatia, the US, Bali and Thailand and over the past two years has worked dozens of cases throughout the Pacific Rim, Europe and South Africa. This inherent knowledge and experience gives Centricity an unparalleled edge when it comes to foreign country investigations.
Phil also worked for a number of years in the US for one of America's largest insurance investigation companies facilitating multi-purpose investigations in foreign countries. He has travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean, UAE, Kuwait, Northern Iraq, Central and Eastern Europe the UK meeting with leading insurance executives, investigators and industry experts. He was instrumental in establishing one of the first insurance investigation units to handle contractor claims in Iraq and Afghanistan, a service he continues to provide today.
Phil has also worked large loss claims including a multi-million dollar warehouse theft in Miami and a major warehouse security review and loss survey in Chicago. More recently he investigated a large commercial loss in Fiji resulting in the client denying the multi-million dollar claim.
Centricity has trained and mentored their own international investigation panel and is the only company who has taken time to provide training to many of their overseas agents and affiliates. Our dedicated team of investigators continue to provide an unparalleled investigative service on every major continent and across nearly every country in the world.
As a consequence Centricity has a very distinct advantage in the marketplace adding further value to all-encompassing services which is testament to our vendor selection and training we have done and continue to do with our external providers.
Phil Peart is a member of the Travel Insurers Network and is a frequent speaker on travel claim investigations presenting at the past two ITIC conferences in Athens and Istanbul. In 2011 he also presented at the Canadian Travel and Health Insurance conference in Las Vegas and is a regular attendee at these events.
Centricity is also a member of the European Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units presenting at two seminars, in 2006 in Kolding Denmark and again in Bad Kreuznach Germany in 2010.
Centricity is also a member of the Australian Institute of Professional Investigators (AIPi) and the Australian Life Underwriters and Claims Association (ALUCA).
