Iran

We have extensive resources throughout the Middle East including Iran and neighbouring countries. Our work in the region is supported by the excellent results we obtain, much of which relate to cosmetic surgery claims which suggest there are thousands of such operations each year in the country, many of which are suspicious and often claimed as injuries from accident falls or car accidents.

Iraq

Operating in countries such as Iraq presents its own inherent danger, but for our experience agents in Baghdad, their work continues to remain professional and diligent.  We have had the pleasure of meeting our Iraqi agents during a recent visit to Kurdistan during which time we shared the experience and gained the knowledge about working claim investigations in the region.  This alone further exemplifies the commitment of both Centricity and our Iraqi counterparts.

Lebanon

Lebanon is one of the key hubs of the Middle East and our agents working out of Beirut operate there and in the neighbouring countries of Syria and Jordan.  Recently through persistent we were able to obtain valuable evidence to enable our clients to challenge an insured regarding a £46,000 claim which he finally withdrew.

Egypt

Situated in North Africa, our agents in Egypt have extensive coverage throughout the region and have investigated claims in the major cities and country regions throughout Egypt.  Our success in Egypt has been praised by our clients and in particular, uncovering fake medical receipts and reports and investigating store receipts which were proven to have been falsified.
