InstantAXS has a comprehensive suite customised tools, all with data driven functionality.  Because the investigation referral migrates through InstantAXS, critical claims data is captured and retained to provide extensive and detailed client reports. 

InstantAXS provides free text searching, any word, number or character entered into the application can be systematically searched and linked to a record, quickly identifying links and anomalies among claimants, claim types and locations.*

Every client has different need. InstantAXS can customise client reports to provide detailed case and financial information, claim values on types and categories, investigation costs, detailed outcomes and a true ROI. These are just some of the simplified reports available with InstantAXS.

We have also incorporated a number of custom tools to provide enhanced functionality across all claim referrals and investigations.

IA Triggers - this is where code that is automatically executed in response to certain events when a record is Added, Modified or Deleted. The IA Trigger is designed to read the edited record, download the file attachment and email it to the email address stored in the “Email” field on the edited record.

IA Maps - is more than just mapping a single location with Google Maps. Our utility loads up many locations from the database, plots them, and allows for additional data for each location to be available right within the map. Imagine clicking on a Google Map pin and seeing your claims data appear in the popup window. You can also click a link within that window and we’ll take you right back to your case record.

IA Forms - provides users with the ability to print forms with complete functionality. Generate Word Documents from InstantAXS; generate html based pages integrating data with a template created using MS Word.
